CSJA claimed that the company failed to carry out the appropriate level of due diligence and has not handled the incident in accordance with the OECD Guidelines. The complaint also raised issues regarding land acquisition and a network closure in Myanmar.<\/p>\n<p>The complainant alleged that the company failed to observe the OECD Guidelines among other things when it comes to human rights due diligence (Chapters II and IV of the Guidelines).<\/p>\n<p>The NCP has concluded the Specific Instance with a Final Statement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div><\/div><div
