Ansvaret omfatter alle trykksaker, nettpubliseringer og andre kanalvalg. Endringer eller tilpasninger i den visuelle profilen kan ikke gj\u00f8res av andre enn KOM. Fagavdelingene har ansvar for innholdet i egne publikasjoner\/trykksaker, men skal alltid konsultere KOM om utforming. Publikasjonsnummer tildeles av KOM. Et egenartet abstrakt element med store variasjonsmuligheter, b\u00e5de gjennom fargebruk, plassering, utsnitt og m\u00f8nsterkompleksitet (hele eller deler av m\u00f8nsteret, eller enkeltformer brukt alene. Hjulene f\u00e5r et levende og unikt uttrykk, og danner sammen en form som kan assosieres med organismer eller mekanismer (tannhjul) som p\u00e5virker hverandre. Hvert enkelt hjul har en tydelig enkeltform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uttrykket framst\u00e5r egenartet, tidl\u00f8st og vitalt, samtidig som det oppleves seri\u00f8st og med tyngde. Det sentrale profilelementet som er utviklet kan varieres med farger, forskjellige utsnitt og bildevalg, og gir stor fleksibilitet og et mangfoldig uttrykk.
