Ved enkelte departement er det ogs\u00e5 mulig \u00e5 s\u00f8ke p\u00e5 stilling som r\u00e5dgiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi f\u00e5r ofte mange s\u00f8knader til v\u00e5re ledige stillinger. Det er viktig at du fyller ut CV-en din i Jobbnorge fremfor \u00e5 legge den ved som vedlegg. Dette har betydning for generering av s\u00f8kerlisten. I tillegg er det viktig \u00e5 bruke s\u00f8knadsteksten til \u00e5 skrive hva som er din motivasjon for \u00e5 s\u00f8ke p\u00e5 stillingen og hvorfor du kan v\u00e6re rett kandidat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitnem\u00e5l og attester m\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 legges ved. Resultater fra h\u00f8yere utdanning fra norske utdanningssteder kan lastes opp fra Vitnem\u00e5lsportalen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00f8kerlister<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved s\u00f8knadsfristens utl\u00f8p skal det s\u00e5 raskt som mulig foreligge en offentlig og utvidet s\u00f8kerliste. Offentlig s\u00f8kerliste inneholder navn, alder, n\u00e5v\u00e6rende stilling og poststed, og kan utleveres til hvem som helst p\u00e5 foresp\u00f8rsel. Utvidet s\u00f8kerliste inneholder navn, alder, poststed, utdanning og arbeidserfaring, og er kun tilgjengelig for s\u00f8kere til stillingen. For \u00f8vrig viser vi n\u00e6rmere til reglene om partenes innsyn i tilsettingssaker i Forskrift til forvaltningsloven (forvaltningslovforskriften). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etter Offentleghetslova er det mulig \u00e5 unnta navn fra s\u00f8kerlisten dersom du som s\u00f8ker selv ber om det. S\u00f8kerens begrunnelse for unntak m\u00e5 derimot veie tyngre enn hensynet til innsyn i s\u00f8kerlisten.&nbsp;For at en anmodning skal kunne f\u00f8re frem m\u00e5 det kunne vises til s\u00e6rlige grunner, som for eksempel at en offentliggj\u00f8ring kan f\u00f8re til konkrete skader eller ulemper for deg som s\u00f8ker. Der vil du f\u00e5 informasjon om hvordan intervjuet vil gjennomf\u00f8res og om det er noe du trenger \u00e5 forberede deg p\u00e5. Under intervjuene vil du m\u00f8te rekrutterende leder, og i tillegg kan det delta en fagperson og\/eller en representant for de tillitsvalgte. Det varierer hvor i prosessen en slik oppgave gis, men alle kandidatene f\u00e5r beskjed p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd og lik tid til eventuelle forberedelser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av og til benyttes det ogs\u00e5 en evnetest og\/eller en personlighetstest. Vi benytter personlighetstesten MAP som bygger p\u00e5 den etablerte femfaktormodellen. De fem overordnede faktorene som m\u00e5les er m\u00e5lbevissthet, emosjonell balanse, \u00e5penhet, ekstroversjon og sosial stil. For at autorisasjon skal kunne gis m\u00e5 vedkommende v\u00e6re sikkerhetsmessig skikket. \u00c5 v\u00e6re sikkerhetsmessig skikket vil si \u00e5 besitte god d\u00f8mmekraft, p\u00e5litelighet og lojalitet til regler generelt og til reglene som gjelder for behandling av sensitiv og gradert informasjon spesielt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I autorisasjonssamtalen vil den som ansettes blant annet f\u00e5 sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l om tilknytning til andre stater og forhold som kan gj\u00f8re en s\u00e5rbar for \u00e5 bli forledet, fristet eller presset til \u00e5 handle i strid med sikkerhetsmessige interesser. Autorisasjonssamtalene utf\u00f8res i tr\u00e5d med virksomhetssikkerhetsforskriften \u00a7 68 jf. sikkerhetsloven \u00a7 8-9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noen stillinger i departementene krever ogs\u00e5 at den som ansettes er sikkerhetsklarert. I slike tilfeller vil det st\u00e5 i stillingsannonsen. N\u00e5r sikkerhetsklarering kreves, kan ogs\u00e5 n\u00e6rst\u00e5ende sitt statsborgerskap og tilknytning til andre stater inng\u00e5 i vurderingen om klarering. Kurset best\u00e5r av b\u00e5de samlinger og e-l\u00e6ringskurs. Fellesnevneren er at du f\u00e5r oppl\u00e6ring i et sett av basiskunnskaper som er viktige for \u00e5 kunne gj\u00f8re en god jobb i departementet og til \u00e5 fors\u00e5 den rollen du og departementet har.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvert departement har ogs\u00e5 egne introduksjonsdager som er individuelt tilpasset.
