The conference will be hosted at Hotel Scandic Havet, located at Tollbugata 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Airport buses<\/a> and taxis are available just outside the airport main entrance. Bus line number 1 and 2 have departures between every 5 and 10 minutes depending on the time of day, with the closest bus stop to the hotel being “Bod\u00f8 Sentrum B”. The travel time is approximately 5 minutes with bus from Bod\u00f8 Airport to Bod\u00f8 Sentrum, and the walk from Bod\u00f8 Sentrum to the hotel is 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representatives from the Norwegian MOD will be outside the airport when you arrive and will assist you should you have any questions regarding transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those wishing to use their legs, the walk from the airport to the hotel is approximately 20 minutes. The hotel is located just next to the markers for “Hurtigb\u00e5t” and “Koch Kj\u00f8pesenter\/Glasshuset” indicated on the map below. The dotted line represents the quickest way of getting to the city center and the hotel by foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dinners will be hosted at the Norwegian Jekt Trade Museum on the 2nd<\/sup> and at the Norwegian Aviation Museum on the 3rd<\/sup>. Transportation will be provided to and from the dinners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hotel reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have reserved 120 rooms at Hotel Scandic Havet for the 2nd<\/sup> and 3rd<\/sup> of June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price for each room is 1490 NOK\/night, breakfast is included. Upgrading the rooms is also possible, for an additional fee of 200 NOK\/night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reservation we have with the hotel is valid until the 11th<\/sup> of April. After this date, the hotel cannot guarantee capacity or the prices listed above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check out on the 4th<\/sup> is 12:00 at the latest. Luggage storage is available until departure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
